Hello, I bought a figurine from the United States at the beginning of December. On the tracking, it says it will arrive between December 26 and January 5. However, since December 17 the tracking hasn’t moved anymore. The package was sent from the United States and then nothing else, no more info on the tracking since the 17th. Is this normal and will my package still arrive anyway? Thanks in advance everyone

Possible that your purchase is being held up in customs .
Check with this site :https://parcelsapp.com/fr because eBay tracking is not updated quickly.
You have to wait until January 6 to be able to report an item not received ..

Please be patient, your parcel will eventually arrive . .and yes, you can't do anything before the 6th .
