If you're registered in Morocco, you depend on ebay.com, so check with their customer service:

Contact eBay.fr Customer Service, as you did on eBay .com...

eBay customer service

Do it during office hours preferably and ask to be called back...

But you may run into connection problems because of a phone number different from the one registered on your account, or an IP address that’s different too..

Give it a try anyway.
