I signed up as a pro seller after receiving an email with a 6-month store offer and 100 days of 0% commission to get my business started. But since registering, I haven't been granted any offer. Does anyone have a solution, because in the meantime I'm being charged for each listing thanks

Blocking of my association account
good evening, I’m in the process of turning my personal account into an association account. but my payments are blocked as well as my relistings. I’m being asked to upload 1 registration document, apparently something other than the sirene status that they already have. if you’ve already had this problem, let me know.

Help with vendor account being blocked right from creation (company account)
Hello everyone, I’m running into an issue that’s getting really frustrating while trying to create my eBay seller account with my company. Here’s the situation: Every time I try to create a seller account (I’ve tried with two different email addresses), everything seems to go well at first. I get a welcome message, but a few minutes later, my account is automatically blocked. Each time, eBay informs me by email that my account is permanently blocked for no clear reason. I’ve tried replying to the support emails, but I only get automated responses confirming that the block is permanent, with no detailed explanation or appeal process. And yet I do respect eBay’s rules and my information is correct. Have any other sellers run into this problem before? Is there a way to contact a human support agent at eBay to sort this out, or any other leads to explore? Thanks in advance for your help!

Opening 2nd eBay account - PROBLEM
Hello, As I saw on the forum that it was allowed, I’m trying to open a new account for a premium store to add products different from the ones I already have on my current store. Except that for 3 days now, I’ve been getting emails saying the account is activated and that I can sell, then an hour later I receive another email telling me I need to provide the Kbis documents, which I do every time; a few hours later it starts again every time, the account is activated, then another email tells me the account is blocked, I no longer know what to do. Now I’m getting two emails at the same time. 1) Create new listings and boost your sales 2) The company name on the eBay account and the document do not match. These fields must match exactly. The name of my company is exactly the same on the Kbis PDF Still for the same document, the Kbis, knowing that I changed my company’s registered address and on my new Kbis there is the old Paris address but Marseille is written at the same time in other lines, no matter how much I put the old Paris address in my eBay info, it doesn’t work, I put the new Marseille address and that doesn’t work either, I no longer know what to do if you can help me.

Personal account and 2nd business account
Hello, I’m currently a private seller on eBay, mainly reselling second-hand items and a few collectibles from my drawers and shelves. I’m planning to switch to professional status (sole proprietorship in my own name), and therefore to sell as a pro on eBay. But a question comes to mind. I saw that it was possible to open a 2nd account on eBay. So in theory, I could keep my pro account in addition to my professional account. However, for private individuals, the sales limit is €2,000/year before information is shared with the tax authorities. But how does it work when you sell both as a private individual and as a professional? How do you separate the 2 incomes from a tax point of view? I mean, if I sell €1,000 on the private account and €20,000 on the pro account (that’s just an example, I don’t know what my future turnover will be), will eBay pass on a total of €21,000 in sales to the tax authorities? I haven’t found any information about this.

Belgian eBay account for a company in England
Hello, I’m Belgian, a few months ago I opened an Ebay Business account in Belgium with a company in England. Recently I put several items up for sale, Ebay asked me to verify my account I went through several steps, verification of my contact details + my identity card verification of my bank account verification of my company and that’s where the problem is, when I want to change the country of the company it’s not possible, several times I have updated my company details but after several hours they are still refused by Ebay, I even sent my company documents has anyone already had this problem?? how can we solve this problem? Does Ebay require the company and the account to be in the same country? thank you
