Hello,
I've been selling as a professional on Ebay for more than 2 years. Right now, when I try to post or edit a listing, I see the following message appear: "Your account is currently restricted because your selling activity indicates commercial activity. We have sent you a message with the steps to follow. You can view it by going to the Messages section in My eBay."
I haven't received any message from Ebay about this.
I wrote to customer service, I haven't received any response.
I've been calling customer service for 2 days, I'm being given the runaround, I'm promised a callback and they don't call me back, it's a disgrace.
My shop is active, but I wanted to put new listings online and restock because I haven't reached my monthly sales limits yet.
I'm losing sales for a shop I pay for every month and I'm being given no information.
Have you had the same problem?

Your eBay account is currently set to "individual seller" status.
You therefore need to do what’s necessary to switch it to a business account (which you should have done more than 2 years ago):
