Opening 2nd eBay account - PROBLEM
Summary: Anonymous User is having problems when creating a new premium shop account on eBay. Although they receive emails saying the account is activated, they then receive messages asking for supporting Kbis documents, which leads to the account being repeatedly blocked. lingma85 suggests contacting eBay customer service directly to clarify the information and resolve any inconsistencies in the documents, while also having the necessary supporting documents ready.
Hello,
As I saw on the forum that it was allowed, I’m trying to open a new account for a premium store to add products different from the ones I already have on my current store.
Except that for 3 days now, I’ve been getting emails saying the account is activated and that I can sell, then an hour later I receive another email telling me I need to provide the Kbis documents, which I do every time; a few hours later it starts again every time, the account is activated, then another email tells me the account is blocked, I no longer know what to do.
Now I’m getting two emails at the same time.
1) Create new listings and boost your sales
2) The company name on the eBay account and the document do not match. These fields must match exactly.
The name of my company is exactly the same on the Kbis PDF
Still for the same document, the Kbis, knowing that I changed my company’s registered address and on my new Kbis there is the old Paris address but Marseille is written at the same time in other lines, no matter how much I put the old Paris address in my eBay info, it doesn’t work, I put the new Marseille address and that doesn’t work either, I no longer know what to do if you can help me.

It seems that you want to skip ahead on this site...
Don't forget that complicated things or different information confuse software that has been formatted to record simple, clear info...
It is indeed possible to open several accounts/stores, provided that all the info is identical, both on the ID documents and on the bank accounts or credit cards...
If there are differences or typos, it won't work.
Given the complexity of your explanations and what comes out of it...
- it would be + simple to contact Customer Service directly and explain to them what is current and what is outdated in your kBIS documents..
If there are changes to be made, you'll know directly..
eBay customer service to be contacted preferably during business hours and ask to be called back.
Have all the documents proving your status at the various addresses and what you submitted to the site.
That should be sorted out more easily. Stay calm and precise in your explanations.
Kind regards
Anonymous User
