It seems to have become impossible to get someone from Ebay on the phone.
The new process has all the charm of a bureaucratic nightmare: it doesn't understand anything about the questions and replies with nonsense.
The competitors can rub their hands together, because good internal communication is decisive for the smooth functioning of a merchant site and the buy-in of its users...
