Hello, I currently have a personal eBay account that I would like to switch to a business account. Is that possible? Thanks

yes, it’s possible. Here’s what’s indicated in the site help:

"If you’re registered as an individual, follow these steps to switch to a business account :

Go to My eBay and select Account.
Select Contact information, then Edit next to Account type.
Select Confirm to switch to a business account and fill in the required information.

Once you’ve switched to a business account, you may need to provide additional verification information. If we need to verify information, we’ll send you an email and place a banner in the Seller Hub to let you know what to do next."

Note that once you’ve switched to a pro account, you can’t go back to an individual account.
