Ebay is spamming me with emails: We have hidden some of your listings: Policy on offers to buy or sell outside of eBay

Hello everyone, I don’t know if you’re in the same situation as me, but eBay is bombarding me with emails (today, I got about a dozen) titled:
**We have hidden some of your listings: Policy on offers to buy or sell outside eBay
Yet I don’t make any purchase offers outside the site.
I am forced to contest all these decisions, it takes time and blocks my listings.
Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

·1 week agoHello, I took a look at your shop and I’m wondering if the problem might come from the watermarks on your photos. eBay normally forbids watermarks on listing photos, even when it’s the name or logo of your own shop. Maybe eBay’s automatic system is interpreting them as a non-compliant element and then triggering the wrong removal reason. That could explain the large number of notifications you’re receiving, and if that’s really it, it may keep happening as the bots go through your listings. It’s just a hypothesis, but it might be worth testing by removing the watermarks from a few listings to see if the problem happens again.

the only way to sort out this problem is to check with the site’s customer service to see what’s causing these emails to be sent.
Last week, I had messages “blocked” by the AI for the same reasons even though I was just asking for confirmation of the delivery address...
The simple fact that you received 12 messages all at once suggests that the AI is not unrelated to your issue.
