hello
I just received 2 scam emails from this company, example attached for fake parcel numbers and non-existent weight overages
impossible to get in touch with this company
have you ever had this kind of issue, thanks in advance
Price adjustment
Dear customer,
This e-mail concerns a price adjustment of 2.05€ (+ 20% VAT if applicable) on your shipment (- via Mondial_Relay).
Mondial_Relay checked your parcel and found different dimensions or weight from those declared, which led to this price correction.
You will find the details below:
Declared: 1kg / cm x cm x cm.
Actual: 3.62kg / -cm x -cm x -cm.
Reason for the adjustment: Actual weight overage. The actual weight of the parcel is greater than the declared weight
To avoid this type of situation, please check the actual weight and dimensions (length, width, height) of your parcel before shipping. We invite you to consult the following article: Tips to avoid price adjustments.
Do you think this price adjustment is incorrect? If you have proof that your parcel's dimensions and weight were correct, click here to send them to us. Please include your e-mail address, the reference number, as well as the necessary proof.
Kind regards,
The Packlink team

·1 week agoThey did the same thing to me yesterday. Mondial Relay charges me extra fees on my credit card because they estimate parcels that didn’t even reach 2 kg at 6 and 7 kg. And then they ask for photos of the parcels sent at the end of August as proof to contest it! But who photographs every parcel they send unless they’re afraid of dealing with crooks who, by the way, have lost me 3 parcels in two years...
ethnicart-96
·2 weeks agoOf course they’re total scammers!!!
600 parcels sent in 4 years directly via Mondial RELAY, La Posqte or Shop to Shop
And there, 1 single parcel tested with Packlink, with an overcharge of almost 70 euros!!!
Pure scam

·2 months agoHello, this is not a fraud email. If you buy your shipping labels from eBay, then via Packlink. The parcel number in this email is the Packlink parcel number:
Hello Olena,
Your parcel is ready for shipping !
Tracking number : 88000000 - it's the carrier, so Mondial relay.
Packlink reference : FR2026EBAY0000000000 - that's Packlink, so, their number for this parcel.
The weight yes, not real (for me it was 13 kilos instead of 2 kg). And it must be said that the parcel was sent 1 month ago!
Be careful, because for collecting this difference it's automatic with PayPal (you get an email and right away the charge on PayPal).
You can't reach Packlink by phone. In this email, at the end, you have a link:
"Do you think this price adjustment is incorrect? If you have proof that the dimensions and weight of your parcel were correct, click here to send it to us. Please include your email address, the reference number FR2026EBAY0000000000 as well as the necessary proof..."
So, you can send a photo of the parcel on a scale or the contents with an explanation.

·3 months agoI completely stopped deliveries because of this problem, I got scammed several times so I'm stopping the fees, it'll be pick up in person, I no longer have any trust in Ebay and the like, it's over. I'm even considering leaving the site, obviously since I'm not selling anything anymore. THERE
