Evaluation that disappears
I made a purchase on ebay, but I never received the package. The disappearance, after investigation, seems to be on mondial relay's side, after 2 months I left neutral feedback for the seller explaining that I paid and that I didn't receive the package. After a few days I discover that my feedback had been removed ...What trust can we have after that? What proof do we have that a seller is reliable if feedback that doesn't please people can be removed

Why penalize a seller even with a "neutral" if the person at fault isn't them, but the carrier...
As for your purchase... it seems you didn't use eBay's tool to get a refund...----> Get help with an item that hasn't arrived | eBay

OP2 weeks agoHello lingma85 , thanks for taking the time to reply and for the link , I'd already used it but it was too late for a refund , the Mondial Relay investigation period ( 50 days) is longer than the guarantee period possible with eBay , only the seller was refunded their fees.
