BLOCKED SALES FUNDS TWICE

Hello, following a return request, EBay had blocked the funds for this sale, which was for €26
Today, August 15, when the dispute was closed, EBay blocked the funds for this same sale again
The amount that was a €26 sale including shipping ended up being blocked twice by EBay, so €52 in total, of course also debited
for an initial transaction of €26
The buyer has been refunded twice, I contacted the advisors and they don't want to do anything, I'm being given answers that are half-baked, what can I do?
Since there’s no more phone contact, it’s very complicated to make yourself understood AI is everywhere, thinking it can do better than human dialogue
Wanting to delete my Pro account, since 2011 I have never seen such a lack of understanding, like talking to a brick wall
I made photocopies as proof, I call that the goldfish brain scam

Check with FEVAD... the problems/bugs/double refunds/etc.. are starting to become too frequent to be normal.
