I got scammed
Summary: badremoua-0 expressed disappointment after buying a supposedly new phone on eBay, discovering that the product had several problems, including a faulty battery and missing screws, suggesting it had been opened before. A repair technician confirmed the defects and offered a paid repair. badremoua-0 is asking for a full refund or another satisfactory solution; otherwise, they are considering opening a dispute. francexpressdeal replied that the message was not addressed to the seller, but to eBay’s help forum, and advised opening a dispute to get a refund after returning the product.
Hello,
I bought this phone on eBay thinking it was new, as stated in your listing. Unfortunately, I discovered several very serious problems.
The battery is faulty and the phone does not work properly.
Several screws inside the phone are missing, which shows that the phone has already been opened.
I took the phone to a repair shop, which confirmed that there was a problem and asked me for €50 to fix it.
This product does not at all match the description of a new phone. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
I am asking you to refund me in full or to offer me a satisfactory solution as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will open a dispute with eBay for item not as described.
Kind regards.

you are not addressing your seller at all. You are on eBay's community help forum.
So you can open a case directly for item not as described:
Return an item for a refund | eBay
You’ll need to send the phone back and you’ll be refunded.
