Frivolous dispute from a buyer, what should I do?
Summary: celest5641 expresses frustration about a buyer who opened a dispute despite having received their package. The seller explains that they had a busy schedule and had informed their customers about the delay. The buyer received the item on 07/17, but reopened a dispute claiming not to have been refunded, which led to an unwarranted refund. The seller is looking for advice on how to handle the situation, especially since an appeal to eBay was unsuccessful.
Hello everyone
Big problem with a pretty unscrupulous buyer....
Following several sales I made recently, I had a very busy work schedule and therefore couldn't send my orders on time. So I warned my buyers, who were all understanding, and I thank them for that.
However, one of them decided to open a dispute for item not received on 07/13, even though tracking information had been available since 07/10, and he's being extremely rude to me in private messages.
He received his item on 07/17, so the dispute was closed and all was well. He has just reopened a dispute selecting "you agreed to refund the buyer but did not do so", which is completely false, and now he has been refunded even though he received his order.
I challenged the dispute, but since eBay ruled knowing that the item has been delivered, I don't know what else to do... It's completely unfair!
What should I do...?

In the review you left for your buyer, you're letting the cat out of the bag about the retaliation to come...
there's nothing else to add..
Go ahead.
Best regards
