Sloppy eBay emails
Hello, before when ebay sent us a message in our inbox to tell us which pickup point to go to to collect it, there were all the details: address, hours. But now there is just a title: "your package is available" and below that a blank page, nothing.

There are indeed issues with the emails received from eBay (some information is missing).
In your case, it’s not a big deal since you can get that info by going directly to the carrier’s website.
