Download purchase invoices
Hello,
I would like to know how to retrieve the invoices following purchases on eBay.
I have the order numbers, but when contacting the different sellers they tell me they are not able to send them to me.

You can find purchases with their payment by going here---->

You can print the page for each item purchased...
That way, you can find your purchases since 2017

1) So first of all, please use this link instead https://www.ebay.fr/mye/myebay/purchase
which takes you directly to the latest purchases
2) Showing an order details page is not an invoice !!
especially since the seller’s contact details don’t appear!
3) There is no feature on eBay that allows sellers to upload the invoice so that buyers can retrieve it in their account.
4) Sellers have to send it in the package or by email (via the buyer’s email alias, provided by eBay to the seller). If they don’t send it, the buyer has to ask for it by writing to the seller from the platform, good luck..
In short, the invoice issue is far from “user friendly” for buyers, and it’s been going on for more than 20 years.. 😜

indeed I made a link mistake and I apologize for it.
As for invoices and the obligation to include one in every package... that only applies when the seller is a professional...
Given that private sellers are not authorized to create an invoice... it is obvious that the best record, in this case.. is the order details...
When making a complaint.. you shouldn't also stick out your butt to receive a kick.

·2 weeks agoHello, click print the invoice in the order details, it appears, right-click save as image. Send a message to the buyer, left-click copy the image, send. 🙋🏻
