Hello everyone,
I don't know if anyone can help me, but I'm asking my question on the off chance, because eBay is apparently unable to advise me...
So, I am registered as a pro seller, but I have just stopped my business and my company has been dissolved.
According to eBay, it is not possible to turn a pro account into a personal account. I could close my account, but I'm annoyed to lose my feedback history...
An eBay adviser (by phone) told me to keep my account as it is. But that answer doesn't satisfy me because my details no longer reflect reality (the company no longer exists,
I no longer have a VAT number ....).
Could someone on this forum advise me?

Given that this account is only for purchasing...
you can indeed keep it to make your personal purchases..
You just need to change the details shown to enter your personal details if they are different.
On the other hand, if you want to buy... do what @francexpressdeal told you ( whom I greet )
never buy with this account left as professional... it will make your life complicated.. !

it is indeed not possible to convert a pro account into a personal account.
The only solution is to create a new personal account.
