Sale of fake autographs
It should be noted that the Seller is openly selling counterfeit autographs that he signs himself with complete impunity. He only sells fakes.

OP3 weeks agoWhy remove the seller's name? The post has no point anymore if we don't know which seller it is.

·3 weeks agoGood evening @julesflour
The name was removed because it is forbidden to "report" people on the forum...
therefore the name disappears...
To report a counterfeit or anything else... you must be certain of what you are saying, with tangible proof to back it up, in which case you can report the fraudulent listings via---->
"report the item" on the listings and follow the instructions given.
Kind regards
.

OP3 weeks agoWhat a scoop! I've been on eBay for over 30 years, would you believe it, I know how to file a report, but how do I prove the counterfeit? Should I pay an expert to confirm what I'm saying? I'm simply outraged to see people get scammed, and the site not intervene.

·3 weeks agore...
whether you've been on the site since its creation/takeover by eBay... that doesn't take away from the fact that you have to prove what you claim (whether for good or for bad...).
It's too easy to accuse like that without a shred of proof... Beware of the risks that come with slander..
Your original message may well be tinged with concern/empathy for the buyers whom you consider as "victims".. but it's up to them to file a complaint if they believe they've been wronged...

OP3 weeks agoTo report it, I’d have to buy one of his counterfeits. EBay couldn’t care less, my reports had no effect. As long as it makes money…

eBay doesn’t care and neither do we, it’s up to each person to know what they’re buying
and if you want even a minimum of consideration, avoid replying to people like that

OP3 weeks agoIf you don't give a damn, what's it to you?
That people get ripped off leaves you totally indifferent?
With such a pathetic and individualistic mindset, it's no surprise that society is doing so badly.
As for me, I have nothing left to do in this nauseating forum.

I’m getting involved because I was shocked by your arrogance toward people taking the trouble to try to help you, and if you’ve been here for 30 years you must know that the site doesn’t care much about reports, and fighting windmills has never moved things forward
as for the rest, at the next elections try to change things
