, I sold a very expensive and rare video game on eBay (€1,650). I sent the game with three other games as a gift (too nice of me), but the buyer claims I didn't send him the item (he received the box containing the three gifted games, but apparently the super rare and expensive game wasn't in it).
He has already done this to another seller in the past... I've been selling on eBay for 23 years with 100% positive feedback... eBay isn't helping me and refuses to open an investigation into him, and I've lost the money and the game... What can I do?
