I receive negative feedback from a buyer who didn’t even have the decency to make the payment. First, I wonder how that is possible and I think I’ll be able to have it removed by ebay. I contact customer service by email because that’s the only solution. ( Impossible to reach the dedicated service by phone ) and the reply is, as usual, the good old family-style copy-paste with a refusal whose justification does not match my situation. I follow up a second time and, of course, it’s always the same response. I’m starting to get tired of ebay, whose customer service is more and more deplorable. They don’t understand anything and justify themselves with a copy-paste from an FAQ. This person has 6 ratings and 5 negative comments. The questions I’m asking myself: - How can someone who hasn’t made the payment leave feedback? - How is it that customer service is not able to sort out this problem and realize the situation and the kind of buyer they’re dealing with?
