Unable to correct and send a payment request

I have a problem. Has anyone else had this happen and found a solution? I’ve already contacted customer service and the response was “technical issue” but nothing has changed, that was a week ago already.
I need to correct a payment request and change the shipping costs.
1. When I click on send payment request, I get a message saying “The payment information for this item can only be updated on the original listing site. To update the payment information on your item, please click here”
Fair enough, even though the item was indeed posted on the page and not another one.
2. When I click, eBay sends me to Dutch eBay even though I’ve never been there in my life.
Anyway
3. I click on “Send invoice” 🙂 and I do have the request to change, I go into the correction, everything goes well (correct correction) and click on “send”
4. And then boom error message: Something went wrong. Please try again later.
Sorry for the length and the details of the procedure. You never know, if someone from technical support read my message, they might help me.
It really doesn’t look serious.
