Hello, It’s been years that I’ve been buying and selling on Ebay. But now it’s become a disaster!Not only have the selling fees increased drastically: they even tax the shipping fees!But on top of that, customer service does not respond to your requests: just an automatic message that only repeats what we already know and does nothing to solve the problem.I sold items, but the funds were blocked until the item was received by the buyer: the only catch is, it is a new account with 0 purchases, 0 sales and that does not log in and has never confirmed receipt of the item. I’ve been fighting for months with Ebay so they will unblock the item’s funds. Yet they keep telling me to send a message to the buyer so they leave positive feedback. But this buyer is inactive and does not respond to my messages!They also suggest that I add a tracking number, but this is a shipment without a tracking number (the buyer selected this option with only 1.4 euro in shipping fees). As a result, I sent the item months ago and my funds are blocked. Ebay tells me that my funds are blocked. Why is that? I’ve never had any dispute! 100% positive feedback!What should I do? Why have you blocked my funds? Customer service always gives me the same answer: add a tracking number (which I don’t have) or contact the buyer, who doesn’t respond, he just created a one-shot account for a purchase...
