It turns out that I bought 3 products on Ebay that turned out to be fakes, after professional expert appraisal. I would therefore like to know what the procedure to follow is? The appraisal took 6 months before I got the final answer.
I contacted the seller, who refuses any refund and refuses to admit the reality, despite the appraisal document proving that the product is a fake.
