Buyer address not found
Summary: bibliopil describes a problem on eBay where the buyer's address no longer appears after payment, making shipping impossible. Although they contacted eBay support, they only received a standard response with no solution. They want to know whether other users have encountered the same problem.
Hello everyone,
For the past few days, I no longer see the buyer’s address displayed. The buyer has paid for the item and everything is OK.
On the main page, I go to
"My Ebay"
"All my sales"
"Orders"
"All orders"
and there on the sold item, I go to "View order details"
There, normally, once paid, the buyer’s name and address are displayed.
For the past few days only the phone number is displayed ... so it’s impossible to send the item.
I contacted EBAY, but as usual, a standard response that doesn’t analyze the problem...
Is anyone else having the same problem?
