I need to return a perfume that has gone bad, in Germany... Do we find a return slip on eBay? Or do I have to create one with a carrier? Which one is the cheapest? The return is much more expensive than the outbound trip... Do I absolutely have to send it back to the seller's address or not? Thanks for your help🙏
