Hello, I’d really like you to help me because I bought a Nintendo Switch controller for 27.99 euros on July 15 on eBay, and since I bought it with the company card, the accountant is asking me for the invoice with all the details, including the VAT number and all the company details. I asked the seller to send me the invoice; he told me that you received it the same day you made the payment, but I received nothing, neither by email nor by eBay message nor on the day of purchase, and now I’m sending him messages so he can send me the invoice, he doesn’t reply, and recently he replied to me and told me:
I no longer have the invoice, you can send a message to eBay.
I don’t understand why, can you help me please because the invoice is very important because the purchase was made with the company card so I absolutely need the invoice with the VAT number and all the details, thank you for helping me please.
