Good evening, I need help I ordered on eBay a watch with Tinker Bell and a pendant the watch was shipped with USPS the delivery was estimated between the 31st and the 9th and currently no package in sight still in the United States since then I asked to be refunded and I tried again this I was told that despite the refund for the watch I can receive the item if I know the status of the package in question is it possible to help me because if the package is somewhere I can still receive it
