item for sale on ebay.be, bought from a seller in France - payment impossible

I listed an item for sale on ebay.be, bought by a seller via ebay.fr in France, I have a message that says: Your payment information is not available on international eBay sites. To view and update this information, go to the section Payments on the BE site.
I have a SPA account and 2 encoded visa cards, I don't see what else I can do, if anyone has an idea I'm all ears.
