refund by seller
Hello, my seller refunded me part of the price of an item. The refund took place on September 3rd. Ebay says the refund should arrive in my account within 3 to 5 business days after that. To date, nothing has arrived. Does anyone have any idea how long refunds take on the site? Thanks.
