INFECTED MOBILE APP
Summary: alexandreronin downloaded the eBay app on their Android phone and after a purchase, the phone locked up, asking for an unknown password. This is preventing access to contacts, SMS, and other data, and the only solutions found involve data loss. They are asking for urgent help to solve the problem without losing data.
Hello
Following EBAY's suggestion, I downloaded the EBAY app on my ANDROID mobile phone, which I did....
I made a purchase BUT immediately after that my phone was blocked and I'm being asked for a password..
which one? I don't know, so I'm stuck, impossible to access the numbers, the SMS, I can only call emergency numbers, impossible to download PHOTOS,
I only found one solution on the web BUT I lose all my contacts and photos from the past 10 years does anyone or do the IT people at EBAY know a solution. It's pretty URGENT THANK YOU
