INFECTED MOBILE APP

Following EBAY's suggestion, I downloaded the EBAY app on my ANDROID mobile phone, which I did....
I made a purchase BUT immediately after that my phone was blocked and I'm being asked for a password..
which one? I don't know, so I'm stuck, impossible to access the numbers, the SMS, I can only call emergency numbers, impossible to download PHOTOS,
I only found one solution on the web BUT I lose all my contacts and photos from the past 10 years does anyone or do the IT people at EBAY know a solution. It's pretty URGENT THANK YOU
