Ebay is becoming more and more pathetic!!

On top of fees that have become exorbitant, the "phone service" is deplorable!!
In response to unpaid items or "multiple aliases", the answer is always the same:
"Block them", and "Cancel" the sale... In other words, the "scammers" get to have fun as long as Ebay is lining its pockets off your back....
A member for 14 years, this site has really become PATHETIC!!

Ebay doesn’t gain anything from unpaid orders, and it doesn’t cost you anything either (apart from the time wasted).
