Fraud by ebay.de
Summary: feli955489 shares their experience selling a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on eBay, where the buyer disputed the purchase for non-compliance. In the case of a dispute for a non-compliant item, the moment you refuse the return, you're out of luck ..
Plus, eBay will charge you dispute fees ..

·2 years agoHello @feli955489
Check with the FEVAD association, whose Mediator contact details you can find on Google... Tell them about your issue - you'll be helped if they’re competent to act on ebay.de, or if they have a contact in Germany...
Best regards

·2 years agoHello,
You can’t refuse the return, so eBay ruled in the buyer’s favor
You’ve lost everything, money and phone
All you have left is to contest eBay’s decision
