UNABLE TO CONTACT EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE RESTRICTED ACCOUNT
Hello,
Ebay restricted my account because of an SMS bug . when I get to the page to request a callback, I get this message: this contact method is not available for this section. Please select another contact method."I've had this problem for over a week now, customer service is really slow to react, who has the solution? thanks in advance

OP1 year agohello, yes every hour since my problem and still the same message, email sent Saturday reply within 24H but I'm still waiting.....
