Unable to recover my account

Hello,

I'm writing here as a last resort, my eBay account is no longer accessible because I changed my phone number.
when I try to provide my ID and selfie, access is refused every time and so there's no way to recover it.

and since eBay is wonderfully designed, you have to log in to contact someone.......

so I'm looking for a solution

thank you for your message, unfortunately I tried this solution, I was called back 2 times, also contacted by email without a solution.

The latest email I received from ebay is a total joke:

I have therefore just added your account to the list of users affected by this incident.

We currently do not have a specific resolution date, but I can assure you that our technical teams are working to resolve this incident as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience while we resolve this incident.

So it seems that ebay cannot change the phone number on an account and that their identity verification with selfie is just a scam...

So still blocked, 1 dispute in progress and 2 sales that will also end up as disputes since I don't have access to them...

and apparently (or supposedly) I'm not the only one 😞
