Hello, I ordered an Ebhert workshop press from Germany last Friday, theoretical delivery 72 h. According to the tracking in German, delivery yesterday. I got in touch with the seller for the tracking number and then surprise, 5 parcels to be delivered by DPD. Last night still nothing, I check the tracking, my address is incomplete, no phone number. I correct everything. This morning, delivery of the 5 parcels, which the carrier had in his truck for 2 days... Parcels apparently in good condition. When unpacking, the magnometer is smashed, and the decompression screw has a broken handle and the shaft is bent. I informed ROKET TOOLS Thank you in advance

Thanks everyone for your replies.
I contacted the seller, he’s going to send me the damaged parts again, without any reservations at the time of receipt, I think he’s nice. That said, the boxes are not very thick. I’m waiting to see after the holidays. Happy end of year to everyone

Why not have opened it in front of the carrier ?? - and refuse the package..?
Plan the return for exchange or refund.... Return an item for a refund | eBay

·2 years agogood evening, I got in touch with the seller, very good, the goods are insured but if there is no reservation on the delivery note, then it is considered to be in good condition, the sender can't do anything, since you accepted it kind regards

OP2 years agoIndeed the packages were not damaged on the outside, so there were no reservations. The seller asked me what had been damaged.
Which I had already specified with photos to back it up. I confirmed the broken or bent parts. I’m waiting for his reply.

I know the law the carrier is insured too best regards
