secret question
Hello,
I would like to change my secret question, but I can't find it in the customer area.
Does this backup identification method still exist at eBay?

Unless I’m mistaken, of course, the secret question is an integral part of the password and is sometimes requested by the site to verify your identity.
If you want to change this question... you should contact Customer Service and ask them to help you change it if possible...
Contact them preferably during office hours and ask to be called back.
Best regards

OP1 year agoHello everyone,
For your information, and after contacting customer service, the secret question is no longer relevant.
Other methods are being put in place to verify identity.

No, there is no secret question.
It’s possible that this backup solution no longer exists.
Thank you.
