Sale completed on eBay with receipt by the buyer
I sold a collectible item on Enay; after a delay in delivery due to a postal error, the auction payment was debited from me because of a dispute opened by the buyer before receiving the item. The buyer refuses to send me a cheque as payment and Ebay is not responding to my messages; I am suffering a loss of 100 euros (the auction amount) + Ebay fees, + registered shipping costs with insurance. What should I do?

·1 year agoFormal notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to return the item or make payment within fifteen days (I assume you have the buyer's address...).
Don’t expect anything from the site: for eBay the transaction is canceled (and refunded).
