Order cancellation.
Why isn't the order cancellation done on the same date as the order?
Example: customer order from June 14, 2024 with transaction completed on June 15, 2024.
cancellation at the customer's request on June 14, 2024 with transaction completed on June 14, 2024.
This imbalance between the transaction dates is serious. I think there is an issue in eBay's programming.

If there’s an issue.... it needs to be looked at with Customer Service here-----> eBay Customer Service
They’re best contacted during office hours and ask to be called back.
