EBAY SCAM to avoid closing an account
I want to close my account since I no longer have any use for it.
My account has been at zero for months.
To keep me from doing so, because it would be unpleasant for them, they transferred a few cents to me twice in € ... on the pretext of checking my details; which was done twice around May or April during the last sale.

If you owe commission on your sale and your registration for Ebay's payment service is not complete
you won't be able to close your account.

·2 years agoI’m in the same boat! I’m honestly fed up with Ebay and I want to close my account. Impossible. There are fees I have to pay on an auction (which didn’t even reach the end...!!!...). Out of anger I want to close my account and PAY THE FEES IMMEDIATELY.... Well, impossible. The icon I have to click on doesn’t respond. Yesterday I got someone on the line... total uselessness and today I still can’t close my account. OK.... it can wait until Tuesday, but Tuesday, I’m marking them as spam for sure!

Have you provided your bank details so that eBay can collect the amount due?
You won't be able to close your account until after that ..
