Wait for the Mondial Relay delivery note and receive a green letter voucher...

I sold an item that I need to send via Mondial Relay and I keep receiving a shipping label as tracked letter...and this several times, how do I get a normal delivery label again? Right now I'm late sending the item, thanks for your help, kind regards,
