Hello,
Since this morning it's impossible to order a Mondial Relay delivery label following a sale, whether on eBay/Packlink or directly from the Mondial Relay site. I contacted eBay this morning; they acknowledge having received reports from users about this problem, but nearly 8 hours later it still isn't working. Is anyone else encountering this problem too and found a workaround?

I’m wondering whether this isn’t intentional on Mondial Relay’s part.
Indeed, this “technical issue” forces us to create a shipping label directly on their site without benefiting from the commercial discount...

·1 year agoGood evening everyone. I didn't notice the problem on those dates, but I've been having the problem on my end for 3 days now. According to Ebay, it was supposed to be fixed today, but for the moment nothing is helping... Do you know if orders that are late because of this problem will be assigned a defect rate? Best regards

·1 year agoHello, first of all you can mark your orders as shipped for now to buy some time and avoid the shipping delay. But obviously that can’t last forever.
And I really hope eBay will take the problem into account by ignoring the defects caused by this bug, I think that was the case the first time.

This problem already happened in September 2024 and it took about a week for it to be resolved.
Nothing else to do but wait since ebay and MR are aware of this issue.
