How do I contact eBay
I have a problem that I can’t find a solution to: I bought an item in the USA (I’m in France).
The seller still hasn’t sent it.
He never replies to me, despite my many messages (which I translate into his language).
The supposed delivery date hasn’t passed yet, so I can’t open a dispute at the moment.
How can I contact eBay directly to report the problem?

open a dispute = report the problem
In fact, contacting eBay before the delivery deadline has passed would be completely pointless.
so all that’s left is to wait... that’s what customer service will tell you.

OP3 years agoThat’s what I thought I understood, unfortunately… but I’m still holding on to a slim hope of being able to contact customer service…
Just in case: am I guaranteed to be reimbursed if the item was never sent / never arrived?

It’s me again...
The delivery date is from September 27 (today) to October 4.
So I just tried to open a claim, without success.
Would that therefore be possible starting October 4?
