how do I open a dispute
Summary: dauphine57 expressed frustration after paying excessive shipping fees when buying ink cartridges, only to find that one cartridge was missing upon receipt. lingma85 advised them to return the item to get a full refund by following a procedure on eBay and to use a postal tracking service.
Good evening, I bought 3 ink cartridges for my printer, so I paid the price of one cartridge multiplied by three, so far so good, for the shipping costs, it says €5.95, and for 3 items €17.85 at checkout, a bit much this way of calculating....Caught in the gears, I paid...
Receipt of the cartridges in a prepaid envelope of €4.51, having had the parcel checked before opening at the post office ???? In addition, the postal clerk tells me that it is overweight, so I escaped the tax...???
Photos before opening the envelope, opening it, 2 cartridges instead of three, so I am missing one cartridge.
In conclusion excessive shipping costs, and order not fulfilled, enough is enough

Your purchase is not complete, therefore it is not compliant...
Get refunded for the full amount you paid...
Send it back with tracking (a Colissimo = that’s fine) and enter the tracking number in the procedure.
