How do I get rid of the "10 euros for your app" pop-up?

I wasn't sure which forum to put my question in, sorry.
At almost every startup of Ebay, this offer appears. Limited-time offer, except that once the deadline passes, the popup comes back with another deadline, and so on. It's been going on for WEEKS.
It's becoming intrusive!
So, how do I get rid of this 10-euro offer for the app?
(Especially since I don't have a smartphone!)
