comments on evaluation

Hello everyone
For the first time since I signed up on Ebay, I left negative feedback for a seller. No doubt offended, the guy replied with a mistaken and borderline insulting comment. I’d like to "comment on his comment" in the feedback section. Ebay tells me I have the option to do that by going to the "evaluate another member" tab (name not guaranteed, from memory). Problem: I can’t find that tab anywhere.. Do I really have a way to leave a reply, and how?

"commenting on your comment" = additional comment to the feedback left
