following serious health problems with my elderly mother / stroke / etc etc, I had to “against my will” neglect my sales for over a year.
Also, I often had to cancel sales, clearly explaining the reasons to my buyers, who were understanding and never left me any negative reviews (except for ONE)...
I received emails from Ebay informing me that my sales were insufficient..
Then my account was abruptly restricted.
It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to CREATE or EDIT listings!
I called Ebay support several times, and they eventually passed the information up the chain (my dissatisfaction / on the site since 2007, and here we are in 2026!)
I finally received a personalized email from a manager, who told me what I have just explained.
I can still make SOME sales, but... the account is restricted for creating and editing...
So, it is impossible to continue selling under these conditions.
All of my listings are ending and it is impossible to relist them..........
Could you please help me? tell me whether the account will be back to NORMAL functioning one DAY ?? if so, how long do I need to wait?
If not, it would be better to delete my account (rather than having a shrinking inventory to sell as the listings end one by one??)

even if we understand the reasons that led you to neglect your customers, what comes out of all this is that you should have put your listings on pause, or even deleted them and recreated them once the situation was more favorable
and only eBay can do something for you, no one else will be able to do it
