I have used Ebay's help service several times with phone callback and sometimes the person on the line doesn't want to talk to me because she says I'm a MISTER when I'm a WOMAN. What should I do in the face of such madness.. ?

You keep the name/pseudonym of the person who replied to you and remind them if necessary...
- say that you recorded the call and that you will file a discrimination complaint... for the reason that a deep voice would not be "feminine"...
