Discrimination! Rudeness!
Summary: extremeclubmoto shares a negative experience with an online seller who ignored their technical question and refused to ship to their country, which frustrated them. Other participants, like koalagris and frelonverre, explain that sellers have the right to refuse a sale without giving a reason. *miss-tigri* points out that some sellers want to avoid risks, and felin12 clarifies that eBay’s policy limits shipping to certain countries, suggesting that extremeclubmoto use appropriate services. extremeclubmoto expresses disappointment at the seller’s apparent immaturity.
Hello!
I want to warn the community against sellers like the one in the link above !
The seller did not answer the question and went on my profile and instead of answering the technical question, he said that there was no shipping to my country... So, insulting me and wasting my time! The seller simply ignored me!
I do not recommend working with him!
Have a nice day!

@extremeclubmoto
For your information:
Regardless of their willingness, French sellers are not authorized by Ebay to sell and ship to Ukraine.
So for your purchases, forget about Ebay .fr, it’ll save you the frustration.
Best regards

in terms of rudeness, you're also starting to be borderline...
@felin12 replied to you like that based on your profile:
He may simply not have seen what you had specified "The country specified in the profile has nothing to do with the delivery address."
The fact that you use a translator (when you feel like it...) doesn't exactly help either with a perfect understanding of your posts...
Now, once again, you depend on ebay.com's customer service so see the issue with them directly.

·1 year agoHello
It’s a private individual who doesn’t want to take any risks.
You can’t really blame them. I’d also be hesitant to ship to your country..
As for crying discrimination, let’s not go too far now.

it's the way of the world right now, I have one seller who reads but doesn't reply and another who has been supposed to send his address for two days now for an in-person handoff, it's simple, as Elodie Poux would say: they can go fuck themselves
then again, it's no better than the fake buyers who don't cough up the cash

OP1 year agoDo you welcome rude and irresponsible people? My message is a message to all competent people not to deal with such sellers!) That’s all!

if I quote someone, it’s to them that I’m speaking
what one person finds rude and irresponsible isn’t always the same for another
sometimes the way a buyer phrases a question can annoy me and depending on my mood I’ll reply sharply or not, or even " put them on the banned list "
so I deal with whoever I want and there’s no question of me letting myself be influenced by someone else’s experience

·1 year ago"I simply don't want people dealing with sellers like that! "
= basically "don't buy from so-and-so because he doesn't want to sell to ME"
It feels like a schoolyard, it's very far from the behavior of a "normal" adult 😉

everyone is free to sell to whoever they want and wherever they want, and as a result to block certain buyers without having to justify that refusal

registered in Ukraine, you depend on ebay.com and absolutely not on ebay.fr...
