EBAY TO AVOID SCAMS
Hello everyone,
I've been an active member for a long time as both buyer and seller and I'm very, very disappointed.
a seller who refuses to refund you despite you providing proof that the item doesn't work, and eBay, what does it do? It sends you packing ... !!!
in the end, scammers, all they care about are the commissions they get, they couldn't care less about the rest!
AVOID eBay

To negotiate (buying or selling) computer products online (and/or eBay), you need thick skin and an unshakeable soul... the crooks are on both sides...

You are absolutely right, their commission is all that matters to them. My uncle and I are in the same situation, an item bought that was never delivered and that they also don't want to refund.

it had been a long time since a dissatisfied site user had come to complain, the procedures exist on this site so buyers can be heard and very often, and sometimes even wrongly, they are refunded, but they still have to be used in time without going beyond the site's rules
long-time sellers are of course well versed in all the loopholes in the system, which sometimes tricks the bots handling the site's disputes
nothing is absolutely certain and secure in this world, no more on ebay than anywhere else
