Dispute fee: Direct purchase without confirmation
I don't understand how EBAY works. In my opinion, I should be able to confirm the product's availability before the buyer pays the amount for the product. In the end, I end up with "dispute" processing fees even though I didn't ask anyone for anything. Thanks, but no thanks. I won't use eBay for my transactions anymore. I'm deleting my account.

OP1 year agoIf you sell a product that isn't available, it's normal for a dispute to be opened by the buyer who paid but received nothing.
It's up to you to make sure you manage your listings properly.

On eBay, anything listed for sale must be available; when it no longer is, it’s up to the seller to remove the listing.
For the rest:

The account will need to not be overdrawn...
